Whoa! Get ready to meet Hope. I mean, the hope that we never expect, that sometimes comes too late, but that is always good. Erg. Okay, it is not always good, because sometimes hope isn't the hope we want, like, or [THINK] we deserve. The picture tells the story of two hands frozen on the surface of the glass. Both want Love. [Yes, everything is about Love] Anyhow, they can't reach Love. So here comes HOPE! And tah-dah! Hope turns the water red. Something that represents feelings. Oh, no! The water is filled with feelings, but the two hands are still away. They will never be together. Unless.... I will let you find out for yourself what Hope does. Just remember: the hands have a happy ending, and a sad ending. Both were eaten and vanished, along with what they most desired.     Thoughts?

As you might or might not know, I have to practice my Spanish. And what better way to do that than translating things. So, here, I translated this song. I did it for two reasons: one, I love the song; two, I just love the song. [Insert laughter] Here is my sloppy translation. My family loves going to Mexico! I have...it's hard to count, hold on. I think...around 14 uncles and aunts. One of them usually goes to Mexico in December. Sometimes they go to Florida, to visit Grandpa, but only some. Anyhow, they always bring back...CANDY! Among other things, like [stinky] cheese, which I love. (a) tamarindo con chile [spicy tamarind]  (b) paletas de pollo [spicy suckers named 'chicken suckers'] (c) paletas de coca [coke suckers. PS: They have something like baking soda] (d) paletas de cajeta (caramel suckers). 3- Garbanzos [chickpeas] They are fresh! I better cook them soon. 4-More candy that doesn't have name! Ha! This post is titled after my friend Daniel Luna, who shared this pictures with me! I love them a lot. Good thing he allowed me to post them. I couldn't believe this pictures when I saw them. It really took me by surprise, I have to say. Now, why are these picture so special to me? Well, first, they re amazing; second, they represent something I write about. PS: Yes, that really is the place where my story takes place. The mountain has a name: Beata . And there are different legends of what lies under it. Some say a different city, some say a twin city to the city beside it: Zamora . And, if you're like me and know where each legend about it comes from...you're too real.
